HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a large facility in Richmond Hill, NY.

Daily Responsibilities for Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse:

• Oversee, nurture, and organize the resident services team in alignment with teams guidelines, policies, and standards
• Develop and uphold a medication system that complies with federal, state, and company regulations, ensuring adherence to guidelines and laws
• Tuesday-Saturday 8-5pm, This is a fully in office role.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications for Resident Services Director / Registered Nurse:

• A registered nurse as required by state regulations
• Must have prior leadership experience
• Experience in direct patient care and assessments/observation of clinical conditions
• Experience in recruiting, training and managing people in the healthcare field

Pay Details: $115K – $130K per year (based on experience)
