Registered Nurse New

Day to Day:

Insight Global's client is a leading provider of specialized wound care services, dedicated to improving the health and well-being of patients. They are looking for a full time Registered Nurse to join their home health team in NY boroughs including Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens. The schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with flexibility to work additional weekend hours if the RN would like. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive wound care assessments including conservative and advanced care wounds seeing about 7 patients per day. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and managing treatment. The RN will educate patients and their families on wound care management and prevention strategies and maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Must Haves

• Licensed RN in state of NY
• 1+ years of experience as an RN working with any wound care
• Accessible transportation to patient's homes
• Responsible, resourceful, and strong communication skills

Compensation:

$95K with quarterly bonuses, paid mileage, tolls, public transport
